Right next to Balsamia we are creating a botanical planting with a circular trail through meadow and forest — part of the Botanical Experience project.
The botanical trail is part of the Botanično doživetje — Relaxation and a botanical experience in nature project. It covers a botanical garden in Imenska Gorca and the completion of a botanical wellness in the apartment house beside it, to develop local sustainable products, services and tourism programmes.
The project brings together partners from all three sectors — economic (Tespem d.o.o.), social (TD Podčetrtek) and public (Kozjanski Park).
The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.

A botanical planting at your door.
The trail will lead you through meadow and forest. Along it there will be places to rest, pause or simply observe aromatic plants, herbs, trees and animals. The planting is part of the Botanical Experience project, together with the wellness and the herb garden.
